Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling complex appointments and coordinating cross-departmental meetings
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facilities coordination
- Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proven discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Calendly, Doodle) and document management systems
