Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars with precision and prioritize competing demands
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination
- Lead cross-departmental projects with minimal supervision
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Discretion handling sensitive information and executive confidentiality
- Experience coordinating complex international travel arrangements
- Proficiency with office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
