Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling complex meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
