Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel arrangements, and prepare detailed expense reports
- Compose and edit executive correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents
- Organize high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action item tracking
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Lead special projects requiring cross-departmental collaboration and data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in professional services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
