Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex international travel arrangements, and schedule high-stakes meetings
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor invoicing processes
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate company-wide events, offsites, and team-building initiatives
- Implement digital filing systems and streamline administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in tech or professional services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive situations
- Proven experience managing executive travel logistics and expense reporting
