Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls, and prioritize correspondence for executives
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory management and vendor relationships
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintain HR records
- Support special projects and event planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
