Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Act as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication skills
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, facilities requests, and IT support
- Lead special projects requiring meticulous attention to detail and deadline management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in financial/professional services
- Expert proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables/vlookups), and Word
