Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Manage confidential information, contracts, and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead special projects including event planning, research initiatives, and process optimization
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven discretion and ability to handle confidential information
