Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite proficiency
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and serve as primary liaison between departments
- Implement digital filing systems and process improvements to enhance team productivity
- Onboard new hires and coordinate office operations including supply management
- Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience with calendar management and complex travel coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification required
