- Oversee office operations including supply management and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain project tracking systems
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking with attention to detail
- Support onboarding processes and maintain personnel records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
