Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate international travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical document management
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and scheduling tools (Calendly)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
