- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Manage confidential correspondence, reports, and sensitive documents
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Prepare professional presentations and communications using advanced MS Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Streamline administrative workflows and implement process improvements
- Support special projects and event coordination as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
