- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track deliverables
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive team
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience in tech or corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
