Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics
- Compose and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track key deliverables using project management tools
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with polished communication
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare expense reports and manage budget tracking for executive departments
- Onboard new administrative staff and train on office protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience in corporate or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proofreading expertise
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience managing executive calendars and complex travel arrangements
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project management software (Asana)
