Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, including supply management and vendor relations
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report processing
- Coordinate departmental projects and maintain project documentation
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Calendly)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks
