- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and expense processing
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for digital and physical documentation
- Act as first point of contact for executive communications with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
