Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and optimize time across multiple departments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports using advanced MS Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor management for executive suites
- Organize high-level meetings, offsites, and corporate events

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years supporting C-level executives in fast-paced corporate environments
