Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and prioritize competing demands
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional accuracy
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate special projects and events requiring cross-departmental collaboration
- Maintain confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with proactive approach to challenges
- Experience coordinating logistics for executive-level meetings and events
