Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate international meetings, and optimize executive schedules
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for executive team
- Implement and maintain efficient document management systems
- Support special projects and initiatives requiring administrative expertise
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with discretion for confidential matters
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with calendar management tools and scheduling software
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Portfolio demonstrating complex document preparation and project support
