- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense reporting processes
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and itineraries for executive team
- Implement and maintain organizational systems for digital and physical records
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in fast-paced corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
