- Oversee office procurement, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and events with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain digital filing systems with advanced document management protocols
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
