- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with polished communication
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Implement and maintain efficient office filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Lead special projects including meeting preparation, vendor coordination, and event planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Strong written/verbal communication with polished business etiquette
- Experience in government, non-profit, or professional services preferred
