Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal departments and external partners, handling sensitive communications
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive departments
- Coordinate special events, board meetings, and company functions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably in tech or startup environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and confidential information with discretion
- Experience coordinating complex international travel arrangements
