Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate international travel arrangements, and optimize meeting logistics
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless communication
- Oversee office operations, vendor management, and budget tracking for executive departments
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, track deliverables, and maintain detailed documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and information flow
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle sensitive information
- Proven project coordination experience with demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems highly desirable
