Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars with precision, including scheduling meetings across time zones
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and itineraries with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports for executive review
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, including budget tracking, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff and interns
- Implement and maintain efficient digital filing systems and document protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in financial or professional services
