- Coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across global time zones
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite expertise
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships with financial precision
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication skills
- Implement and optimize administrative systems for enhanced operational efficiency

Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
