- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office budget administration, expense reports, and vendor relationship management
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison for executive communications
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain confidential records with 100% compliance
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff and create procedural documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven experience with calendar management software (Calendly, Doodle)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
