Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory management and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with polished communication
- Coordinate departmental meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive team
- Implement organizational systems to enhance team productivity and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
