Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office skills
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and maintain personnel records
- Implement organizational systems to enhance team productivity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems and digital workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Professional demeanor with strict confidentiality and discretion
