Your Mission:
As the face of our company, you will ensure our visitors and clients have a welcoming experience while supporting our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls, screen and route inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, distribute packages, and handle basic data entry tasks.
- Office Organization: Maintain a tidy reception area, manage appointment calendars, and schedule meetings as required.
- Customer Assistance: Provide general information to callers and visitors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the ordering and stocking of office supplies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous front-desk experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional appearance, and ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
