Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone system, and directing calls
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Maintain professional reception area with immaculate organization and presentation
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding processes including new employee badge preparation
- Perform light clerical duties as assigned by office management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
