Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and direct inquiries to the correct departments.
- Core Data Entry: Input customer information, update databases, and maintain accurate records with a focus on speed and precision.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, handle faxes, and prepare basic reports or correspondence.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and clients.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior receptionist or data entry experience is necessary; we train the right candidates.
