Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, manage the reception area, and answer incoming calls with exceptional customer service standards.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage the mailroom, and assist with data entry and filing to maintain organized records.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Act as the face of the company, providing directions and information to guests while ensuring a positive first impression.
- Office Operations: Assist with inventory management for office supplies and perform light clerical duties to support the administrative team.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic computer skills and typing accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
