Responsibilities

  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
  • Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and screen for urgent matters.

Qualifications
