What You Will Do:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and organized manner.
- Manage the front desk, including mail distribution, package handling, and courier services.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support the sales and operations teams with basic clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities
