Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, message routing, and visitor greeting
- Coordinate executive calendar scheduling and meeting logistics across 10+ departments
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security passes for a 500+ employee building
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous tracking
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Support office supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Uphold company standards for facility appearance and reception area presentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment with poise
- Professional appearance and polished telephone etiquette
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak periods
