Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, updating databases and client records.
- Sort and distribute mail, manage courier deliveries, and handle incoming and outgoing faxes.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate schedules, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting rooms for executive visits.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and petty cash management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or data entry is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
