Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Manage and maintain the office filing system and archives.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Qualifications
