- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents and records
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying, and report preparation
- Support HR and department heads with onboarding and event coordination
- Uphold company policies and maintain professional office appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience
