Responsibilities
- Accurately input, manage, and update data in CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage office inventory, order supplies, and maintain organized filing systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee documentation

Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles
