Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages
- Greet visitors warmly, coordinate schedules, and manage conference room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office supply inventory and maintenance requests
- Support administrative projects including event coordination and travel arrangements
- Maintain reception area appearance and ensure professional standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
