Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening and visitor greeting
- Coordinate office calendar and meeting logistics for 15+ staff members
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and mail processing
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital record management
- Support HR and administrative tasks onboarding new employees
- Collaborate with team on special event planning and office initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- 0-2 years professional experience in customer-facing role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
