Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across 15+ departments using Microsoft Outlook
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with 99% accuracy
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and manage inventory of office supplies
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate with HR and facilities teams for onboarding logistics
- Uphold company brand standards through professional communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
