Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing, visitor greeting, and mail handling
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain office supply inventory
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and new employee orientation
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and document formatting
- Collaborate with department heads on event planning and logistics
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure information security protocols
- Act as primary liaison for building management and vendor communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
