Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, directing calls, and handling mail/packages
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security badges as required
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document processing
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing welcome packets and IT setup
- Support office supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
