Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room bookings, catering, and preparing presentation materials.
- Maintain office inventory, including stationery, supplies, and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork and IT requirements are met.
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure sensitive information is organized and secure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor relations and facility maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
