Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office to ensure a productive and professional environment.
- Handle incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and visitors, with a high level of professionalism.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering new stock, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing necessary materials.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Business Administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
