Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings and company events with precision.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel files.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or entry-level office role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Washington, DC.
