Responsibilities
- General Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment; manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars for management staff, schedule meetings, and manage conference room bookings to ensure efficient workflow.
- Document Management: File and organize physical and digital documents; prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, team-building activities, and client networking functions.
- Support Services: Provide administrative support to various departments, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; however, internship or previous customer service roles are highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace; basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
