- Accurately input, verify, and maintain critical business data across multiple platforms
- Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Manage digital filing systems with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate office communications including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting logistics
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks and project documentation
- Train on and implement new data management systems as company evolves
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 50 WPM typing speed with 98%+ data entry accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Google Workspace and document management systems
